On September 5, 2012, members of EBMC’s executive staff met with employees of the government of Japan – Condominium Policy Office, Housing Bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transportation and Tourism. The delegation looked for EBMC’s knowledge and expertise of condominium management to assist them in the development of Japanese best practices as well as policies.
