Since the company originated in 1969, Eugene Burger Management Corporation has been managing government-subsidized, affordable housing for people with lower incomes. The Corporation has taken part in the management of over 250 properties insured and/or subsidized by HUD or other agencies, for example the USDA Rural Development.
The Corporation works with local and regional housing authorities across the western United States in the management of low-income housing. These consist of every residential type, including rural, suburban, urban, high-rise, garden-style, family, senior, and cooperatives. This is for all types of ownership entities (lenders, government agencies, non-profit organizations, limited partnerships, and individual).
