The headquarters office building was formerly the Rohnert Park Library. This building had sat vacant for a year prior to renovations starting. Eugene Burger and Lori Burger managed the renovation project, and they improved and enhanced the existing architecture. They did this while updating the building to current codes.

This includes apartments, owner associations, office, warehouse, light industrial, retail space, as well as mobile home parks. EBMC, being a qualified receiver, provides timely actions and responses and they can produce a Receiver Bond within 48 hours. Currently, Mr. Burger is serving as a court-appointed receiver in the Eighth Judicial District in The State of Nevada. He’s served as a Special Master for the United States District Court; he’s qualified as an expert witness in roughly 23 litigation and bankruptcy cases.

Since the Company launched in 1969, they’ve been managing affordable, government-subsidized housing for people with low incomes. The Company has taken part in the management of more than 250 properties subsidized and/or insured by (Department of) Housing and Urban Development (HUD) or other agencies.

On September 5, 2012, members of EBMC’s executive staff met with employees of the government of Japan – Condominium Policy Office, Housing Bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transportation and Tourism. The delegation looked for EBMC’s knowledge and expertise of condominium management to assist them in the development of Japanese best practices as well as policies.

The Windsor Chamber of Commerce, on September 18, 2012, held their yearly awards luncheon. Eugene Burger Management Corporation (EBMC) received the Small Business of the Year award. The Company was nominated by another Chamber member who submitted reasons why EBMC should win the award.
